Eligibility

• The Professional Development Grant is open to U.S. residents only.

• Applicants must be either currently employed or actively pursuing professional growth, as defined in the application form.

Application Guidelines

• All applications must be submitted through the official form.

• Information provided must be accurate and complete. Misleading or incomplete submissions may result in disqualification.

Data Collection & Privacy

• Use of Data: Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of evaluating applications and administering the grant program.

• Privacy Compliance: We follow all applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

• Third-Party Sharing: We do not share applicant data with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.

Use of Grant Benefits

• Grant recipients must use program resources solely for professional development as outlined in their application.

• Proof of participation or use may be requested to ensure grant alignment and impact.

Accuracy & Accountability

• By submitting an application, you certify that all information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification or forfeiture of benefits.

Program Limitations

• The grant program is subject to available funding.

• Future Leaders Movement reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.

Participation Requirements

• Attendance: Recipients are expected to attend all scheduled coaching sessions. Two (2) unexcused absences may result in removal from the program and/or a request to repay the value of the grant used to date.

• Punctuality: Repeated lateness (e.g., arriving more than 10 minutes late multiple times) may indicate lack of engagement and may result in disqualification.

• Engagement: Failure to respond to communication, complete agreed-upon tasks, or demonstrate active participation may lead to removal from the program at the discretion of Future Leaders Movement.

• Agreement: All selected participants must sign a participation agreement confirming these terms before receiving the grant.
